Vercel Webhook

Handle incoming Vercel webhook events for deployment lifecycle management.

This endpoint receives webhook events from Vercel and processes them through
the VercelWebhookManager singleton to maintain deployment state and trigger
necessary actions like screenshot updates in the background.
